New Gulati Light & Tent House

We run New Gulati Light & Tent House over in Ludhiana Central Guru Arjan Nagar. Most of our work happens outdoors, setting up for different gatherings and functions. When we are at the shop, we are usually checking the poles or cleaning the fabrics. It’s a lot of physical labor, lifting heavy pipes and hauling canvas around. The lights need constant checking too because bulbs break so easily during transport. We have a small storage space in Guru Arjan Nagar where everything stays. It’s often a mess of wires and folded tents. We don't have a secretary or anything like that. If the phone rings, whoever is closest picks it up. Some days we are working late into the night to get a stage ready. It’s tiring, but we’re used to it. The neighborhood knows us as the guys who are always loading or unloading a truck. We’ve been in Ludhiana Central for a while now. We don't use any fancy marketing tricks. People just see our tents at an event and ask for our number. We try to keep the equipment in good shape, though things get worn out after a few seasons. It’s a basic business. We provide the shade and the lights, and then we pack it all up again.
