Nagesh Knit Wears Private Limited

Our place is out in Village Bhura, right off the G. T. Road. It’s a good spot because the transport is easy on the main road. We do knitting work here at Nagesh Knit Wears. Most of the day you can hear the machines running in the background. It’s a bit of a constant hum that you get used to after a while. We have been in this village for quite some time now. A lot of the people working here live nearby, so it feels like a neighborhood thing. It’s not a fancy city office, just a practical factory setup with a lot of space for the machines. We handle the yarn and make sure the knitting comes out right. Some days are longer than others, especially when a big order needs to get out on a truck heading down the G. T. Road. We don't have a marketing team or anything like that. It’s just us making clothes and sweaters. The floors get covered in lint and thread by the end of the shift, but that’s part of the job. We eat lunch together and talk about the weather or the traffic on the highway. It’s a simple way of doing business. We focus on the machines and the fabric. If something breaks, we fix it ourselves. It's honest work and we've been doing it this way for years.
