N R Tools Store is tucked away in the Manikaran Tools Market over in Miller Ganj. Our address is 1175, and we are right opposite Punjab Hardware. If you know the tools market, you know it’s a crowded place. There are shops everywhere, but we’ve been in this spot for a long time. We sell all kinds of hand tools and power tools. It’s a small shop, but we pack a lot of inventory into it. The shelves go all the way up to the ceiling. Sometimes I have to use a tall ladder just to find a specific wrench or a drill bit for a customer. It’s a bit chaotic, but I usually know where everything is kept. People from all over the city come to Miller Ganj for their hardware needs. We get a lot of workers and small contractors. We don't do any big advertising. Word of mouth is how we get most of our customers. My brother helps me out most days. We drink a lot of tea and talk to whoever walks in. Sometimes the market gets so crowded you can barely walk, but that’s just how it is here. We aren't trying to be a supermarket. We are just a local tool store. If we don't have something, we can usually tell you which neighbor does. It’s a tight community in Manikaran market and we like being part of it.
