Munish Hair Saloon

This is Munish Hair Saloon. We are on the main road in Chander Nagar. Specifically, we are near Malhi Farm Road. Ludhiana has a lot of saloons, but we’ve been at this spot for a while. It’s easy to find us if you’re driving down Chander Nagar. We mostly do men's hair. Shaves and cuts are what we do all day. The shop is small and has a few chairs. We have a TV usually running in the background with some news or a cricket match. It’s a place where guys come to sit and wait their turn. We don't have a website or anything like that. People just know we are here. Malhi Farm Road is a good landmark for us. The traffic outside can be heavy, but that's just Ludhiana for you. We keep our tools clean and our mirrors wiped. It’s not a corporate place. It’s just a local shop. We talk about the weather or whatever is on the news. Sometimes it’s quiet, and sometimes it’s loud when the local kids come in. We don't use fancy terms for haircuts. You just tell us what you want and we do it. The floor gets covered in hair by the end of the day, then we sweep it up and go home to start again tomorrow. We’ve seen kids grow up coming here for their first cuts. Now they are men bringing their own children. That’s how long we’ve been at this Chander Nagar location. It is just a basic part of the daily life around here.
