Micron Pins (P) Ltd. is found at E-297, Phase-Iv, over in Focal Point. Focal Point is a big industrial zone, and Phase IV is one of the busy sections of it. We specialize in pins and small precision parts. Because the things we make are so small, you’d think the place would be very quiet, but it’s actually quite the opposite. The machines run almost all day, and there is a constant whirring sound in the air. We have a small office tucked into the corner of the factory floor where we keep all the records. It gets a bit dusty in there, but it works for us. Our team is a mix of older experts and some new faces. We don't really do the whole corporate hierarchy thing. If something needs to be moved or cleaned, whoever is closest just does it. We drink a lot of tea to keep going, especially during the long afternoon shifts. The road outside E-297 is often torn up or under repair, which is just life in the industrial area. We don't have a big marketing budget or anyone to write fancy slogans. We just make our pins and send them out to the people who ordered them. It’s a simple process, even if the machines can be a bit temperamental sometimes. We just show up, do the work, and go home to our families when the day is finally done for us.
