Marriage Helpline

Marriage Helpline is based in Sarabha Nagar, specifically at Ratan Pole 7-A. It is a well-known area and we have been tucked away here for quite some time. The name says helpline, and that is mostly what we do—people call us up when they are stuck trying to find a match for someone in their family. Our office is a small room with a couple of phones that seem to ring at the same time quite often. It is located near Ratan Pole, which is a busy little hub. We have a lot of people just walking in because they saw our board while they were out shopping or running errands. The atmosphere inside is usually pretty calm, even when we are busy. We have a lot of binders full of information that we go through every day. Sarabha Nagar is a nice place to work, and we like the vibe of the street outside. We aren't a big corporation with branches everywhere; we are just this one spot. We spend our time talking to people, hearing their stories, and trying to find someone who fits what they are looking for. It involves a lot of listening and taking notes on yellow pads. We just stay here and do our best to help out whoever walks through the door at 7-A.
