M G Electric Works

We are situated at 1617 Tajpur Road in Gali No 2, Civil Lines. M G Electric Works is a small place that focuses on fixing things like motors and wiring. There is almost always a pile of broken equipment near the door that people have dropped off for us to look at. The workbench is usually covered in wire strippers, soldering irons, and bits of copper. It looks like a mess to an outsider, but it is how we work best. My father was the one who started this shop, and I grew up learning how to handle the tools from him. Now I am the one running it with a few helpers. We don't have any big machines to tell us what is wrong with an electrical part; we just use our eyes and a basic meter. Sometimes we have to hunt around for old parts that aren't made anymore, which can take some time. The neighborhood is okay, and we have a good relationship with the people living nearby. We usually have a radio playing some old songs while we work to keep things lively. We don't bother with any kind of advertising or fancy signs. Most of our work comes from people in Civil Lines who know that we can get their fans or motors running again. We just do the work as it comes in and try to be fair about it.
