Madhopuri is a crowded place, and our unit on the Ludhiana Circular Road is right in the middle of all that movement. We work with plastics, so the machines are always running and the air has that distinct smell of heat and resin. It is a noisy environment, but you get used to it after a few days. We have crates and bags of raw material piled up near the entrance because space is always tight in this part of Ludhiana. The Circular Road is constantly full of rickshaws and delivery vans, so getting things in and out is always a bit of a puzzle. We have to time our shipments just right. Our staff has been with us for a long time, and we all know the routine by heart now. We start early to beat the worst of the heat. The office is just a corner with a file cabinet and a phone that rings more than it should. We do not have any polished brochures or a marketing team. We just focus on the production line and making sure the molds are clean. It is a lot of repetitive work, but it is honest. We see the same tea seller every day and the same neighbors. It feels like a small village sometimes, even though we are on a main road. We just keep our heads down and get the orders filled as they come in through the gate.
