You can find Lotey Mechanical Works over in New Janta Nagar. We are at 6427/3, right on Street Number 2. It’s very close to Gill Market, so it’s easy to grab something to eat or pick up supplies when we need them. We’ve been registered for a long time, doing mechanical work for the folks around here. The shop is usually full of metal scraps and the smell of oil. It’s a real working environment. We don't have a front desk or a waiting room. People just walk in and find us at the back near the lathes. Street Number 2 gets pretty busy with carts and trucks, especially in the mornings. We’ve been part of this community for years. Most of our tools are older, but they work just fine for what we need. We don't worry about being modern or having the latest gadgets. We focus on the mechanical side of things, making sure parts fit and engines run. It’s loud and it’s messy, but it’s our life. We’ve seen New Janta Nagar grow and change, but the work stays pretty much the same. If you’re looking for us, just head toward Gill Market and turn down the second street. We’re usually there from dawn until it’s time to lock up. It’s just us doing what we know how to do without making any fuss about it. We like the neighborhood and the people here just fine.
