If you are looking for us, we are located on KPT Road in Basti Bawa Khel, right here in Jalandhar. The place is actually under the care of Rajinder Kumar. It’s a bit of a crowded area, but that is Jalandhar for you. We deal with rubber products mostly. The workshop has that specific smell of raw rubber that you never really get used to, but it’s just part of the job. We spend most of our time checking the molds and making sure the quality is okay for whatever batch we are running that day. It isn't a high-tech setup with robots or anything, just people working with their hands and some old machines that still do the job well. Some days are slower than others, depending on the raw material supply. We usually have a tea break around four in the afternoon where everyone just sits around on stools and talks about whatever is happening in the neighborhood. We don't really have a big fancy sign outside, so you might miss us if you're driving too fast. It’s a local operation and we prefer it that way. Most of our neighbors know us. We’ve been at this spot for a bit and we have our own way of doing things that works for us. It’s simple, steady work and we try to do it right without making a big fuss about it.
