Ajmik Agro Industries is based in Dehlon. If you live around here, you probably know where we are without needing a map. It’s a small town vibe, which suits us just fine. We don’t have a big corporate office with glass walls. Our workspace is more about grit and getting the job done. We start early, usually before the sun is fully up, to get a head start on the day’s tasks. The air is always a bit cooler in the mornings here. We deal with a lot of local folks, so we spend a good chunk of our time just chatting and catching up on what’s happening in the area. It’s not just about business; it’s about being part of the community in Dehlon. Sometimes things break down and we have to spend the whole afternoon fixing them, but that’s just part of the trade. We don't mind getting our hands dirty. Our facility is functional and we keep it that way. We don't have any use for fancy furniture or decorations. We have what we need to do the work, and that’s enough for us. The seasons change how we work, especially when harvest time comes around and everything gets much faster. During the slower months, we take the time to clean up the yard and prep for the next rush. It’s a simple life, but it works for us and we keep doing it day after day.
