Our place is located out at BSA Estate in Village Raian, along the Kohara-Machhiwara Road, near the Heeran post office. It’s a bit of a drive out here from the main city, but it’s a good spot for an agriculture business because we are right in the middle of the farming country. We’ve got a decent amount of space in the village, which helps with moving the bigger machinery around when needed. Most of the people working here are from the surrounding areas, so it feels like a community effort every day. We spend our days assembling parts and making sure the implements are ready for the upcoming season. It gets quite dusty during the harvest time when the trucks are constantly coming and going on the road outside. We don’t really bother with big office setups or polished meeting rooms. A desk and a few chairs are enough for us to handle the paperwork. The real work happens in the sheds where the welding and assembly go on. It’s a simple life, focused on the tools that help farmers grow their crops. We get to know the people who buy our stuff because they often come by to pick things up themselves. There’s no corporate ladder here, just a group of us trying to do a decent job every day. We take pride in the fact that our equipment ends up in the fields nearby. It’s a lot of hard work, but we enjoy being part of the local scene.
