You can find us near Chand Cinema, and our mail goes to Post Box No. 125. Being close to the cinema means there’s always a crowd nearby, especially when a big movie is playing. We’ve been running Indo German Agricultural Sprayer & Pressing Works from this spot for years. The name is a bit of a mouthful, but most locals just know what we do. We spend our time working on sprayers and doing various pressing jobs. It’s greasy work sometimes, and our hands are rarely clean by the end of the day, but that is the nature of the business. The shop floor is filled with parts and metal, and we have to be careful where we step so we don't trip over a stray piece of equipment. We get a lot of farmers stopping by to talk about their gear or just to see how long a repair might take. We don't have a receptionist or a waiting room with magazines, you just walk in and find whoever isn't under a machine at that moment. We like it that way because it keeps things simple. Some days are slower than others, which gives us a chance to clean the tools and organize the shelves. We’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit over time, but we’re still here doing the same things we’ve always done. It’s just us and the machines, really, and that’s plenty to keep us busy from morning until we lock up.
