Krishna Tooling

Krishna Tooling is located at S-8 in the Mankoo Market, which is part of Focal Point, Phase 5. If you’ve ever been to Focal Point, you know how it is. It’s crowded, there are trucks everywhere, and the sound of machines never really stops. Our shop is just one of many in the market. We do tooling work, which mostly means we spend our time with lathes and milling machines. There are metal shavings all over the floor, no matter how much we sweep. We make parts, we sharpen tools, and we fix things that have worn down from too much use. It’s precise work, even if the shop looks a bit messy. You have to measure everything twice because if you’re off by a little bit, the tool won’t fit. We don't have a receptionist. If you come by, you’ll probably find one of us hunched over a machine with safety glasses on. We might not hear you come in at first because of the noise. We just take the jobs as they come. Some days it’s a lot of small repairs, other days we’re working on one big piece of metal for hours. We use a lot of oil to keep the machines running smooth, so everything has a bit of a slippery feel to it. It’s just a regular machine shop doing what needs to be done for the other businesses in the area.
