B. S. Engineering Works

Our workshop is located at No. 201, right near the park in Giaspura. If you find the post office in Dhandari Kalan, you are pretty much there. We are just a local engineering shop doing the kind of repairs and fabrication work that keeps the neighborhood running. It is a family-run kind of thing, mostly. I took over after my uncle decided he had had enough of the grease and the noise. We do a lot of welding, lathe work, and fixing broken parts for local farmers or small factories nearby. The shop is pretty open, so when it rains, we have to move everything back from the entrance. It gets quite dusty too, being so close to the road and the park. We do not have any high-tech robots or anything like that. Just some solid, old-fashioned machines that have been around longer than I have. They still work fine if you treat them right and keep them oiled. People stop by all the time, sometimes just to chat while we are finishing a weld or cutting a piece of pipe. It is a noisy place with the constant sound of grinding and hammers, but it is a good kind of noise. We do not pretend to be some huge company. We are just B. S. Engineering Works, doing what we can with what we have got. If something is made of metal and it is broken, we usually find a way to fix it.
