New United Engineering Works

The workshop is right there on GT Road in Miller Ganj. If you know the area, you know it is always loud and crowded with traffic and people moving parts around. We have been here for a long time, just doing the daily work of engineering and fixing stuff. It is a greasy place, and our hands are usually dirty by nine in the morning. We have got some old lathes and drilling machines that have seen a lot of years, but they still get the job done. There are four or five of us usually working in the back. We do not have a fancy office or a place for people to sit and wait with air conditioning. You just walk in off the street and tell us what is broken. Sometimes it is a tractor part from a farm nearby, and other times it is a big industrial gear that needs a bit of turning. Miller Ganj is a tough place to work because of the heat and the dust from the main road, but we like being in the middle of it all. There is always a tea stall close by when we need a break. We do not do much on the internet or have a big sign with lights. Most folks just know the name New United and stop by when they need metal worked. It is just a regular shop where we try to stay busy and keep the machines running for the people who come to us.
