Knit Word International Exhibition

Our base is on Samrala Road, right near Shingar Cinema and across from the Kamla Sweet Shop. This area of Ludhiana is always buzzing with traffic and people, which fits the kind of work we do. Organizing exhibitions involves a lot of back-and-forth with vendors and setting up those big stalls you see in the halls. We deal with a lot of paperwork regarding floor plans and electrical connections for the exhibitors. It gets quite messy during the setup phase with crates and wooden boards everywhere. We aren't a big corporate firm; we are just a group of people who know how to manage the chaos of a trade show. The office is often filled with posters and banners leaning against the walls. Because we are near the cinema, it’s a landmark everyone knows, so people find us easily. We focus mostly on the knitwear and textile side of things because that's what this city is known for. It takes months of planning just for a few days of the actual event. We spend a lot of time on our feet, walking the aisles and making sure everyone has what they need. There’s always some issue with a booth or a sign that needs fixing at the last minute, so we keep our toolboxes handy. It’s stressful when the doors are about to open, but once the crowd starts coming in, things usually settle down.
