Kangan Marriage Bureau

We are located in Sarabha Nagar at Tridal Nagar 4-A. It is a small office where we handle all the registrations for the marriage bureau. Most people just walk in after seeing our name on the board outside. We don't have a big team or anything like that. It is just a couple of us sitting here with big registers and folders full of photos and biodatas. The place can get a bit crowded on weekends when parents have some free time to come and talk about their children. We spend a lot of time just listening to what families are looking for. It is not always easy because everyone has different ideas about what makes a good match. The office is simple with a few chairs and a desk that has seen better days. We have a ceiling fan that makes a bit of noise but it keeps the place cool enough. Sarabha Nagar is usually busy so there is always the sound of cars and people outside. We keep our records on paper mostly because it feels more reliable to us. Sometimes we have to call people back when a new profile comes in that fits what they wanted. We don't do any big advertising or anything. People just know we are here at 4-A. It is a quiet kind of work but it keeps us very busy throughout the week. We try to stay organized but with so many papers, it can be a bit of a struggle sometimes.
