You can find us at 416 in Industrial Area 'A'. It’s a big area with lots of similar buildings, so people sometimes get lost looking for us. We handle tools and various alloys. The warehouse is basically just rows and rows of metal and heavy equipment. It’s a lot of inventory management, honestly. We spend half the day counting things and the other half moving them. It’s heavy work, so everyone here has a bit of muscle. The air smells like oil and cold metal. We don't have a receptionist or anything like that. Usually, whoever is closest to the door helps whoever walks in. We get a lot of regular customers who know exactly what they want. They don't want to chat; they just want their alloys and tools so they can get back to their own shops. The building itself has seen better days, the walls could use a fresh coat of paint, but it’s functional. We keep the paperwork in a small corner office that's usually cluttered with samples. It’s a straightforward business. We don't have any big corporate goals. We just want to make sure the orders are right and the stock is where it should be. It’s just how an industrial supply place works. Nothing more, nothing less. We've been at this location for a good while, and we've seen the neighborhood change, but our warehouse stays pretty much the same. We take our lunches together at the back and talk about whatever is going on in the news.
