J S Beauty Color Salon

Our salon is at 592 L on Deep Hospital Road in the Model Town area. We are right by Tikona Park and not far from the ICICI Bank. It’s a good location because people go to the park for walks and then stop by. The hospital road is always busy with cars and people visiting the clinic. We have a decent sized space here. We call it a color salon because we do a lot of hair dye and henna. The walls have some stains from the dye but we try to keep it tidy. We have four chairs and a big sink for washing hair. The water heater sometimes takes a long time to warm up in the winter. We have a small television in the corner but we mostly keep it on mute. People like to talk about their families or the news while they sit in the chairs. The bank nearby means there are always people around during the day. We get a lot of office workers during their lunch breaks. The tiles on the floor are a bit cracked near the entrance but they’ve been like that for years. We don't have a big fancy sign, just the name in the window. It’s a practical shop in a busy part of Ludhiana. We just show up every morning and do our best with the tools we have. Nothing much else to say about it.
