Intime Promoters

Our office is tucked away in the basement of the New Shopping Centre in Ghumar Mandi, Ludhiana. It is a lively area with lots of shops and people walking around. Being in the basement means it’s a bit quieter than the street outside, which is good because we have to focus on a lot of coordination. We handle promotional activities and marketing stuff for different clients. This involves a lot of planning, hiring temporary workers, and making sure banners or stalls are put up in the right places. Ghumar Mandi is a hub for business, so we are right in the middle of the action. We don't have a big, fancy reception area or anything like that. It is just a workspace with desks, chairs, and a lot of samples from various projects we have worked on. The work can be quite seasonal; some months we are barely keeping up with the demand, and other months it is a bit slower. We spend a lot of time talking to local shop owners and mall managers to get things sorted for our clients. It is about getting the word out for people, which means a lot of legwork. We at Intime Promoters aren't trying to be the biggest agency out there. We just do our work, keep our records straight, and try to make sure every promotion goes as planned without too many hiccups along the way.
