Gupta Exports (india) is over in Industrial Area C on Sua Road in Dhandari Kalan. It’s a real working part of town. There are factories and warehouses everywhere you look. Our place fits right in. It’s a practical space designed for moving freight. We don't have any soft carpets or fancy lighting. It’s mostly concrete and metal. We spend our days dealing with international trade. There is always a lot of noise from the nearby units and the trucks passing by. We’ve been here for years and know most of the other business owners on the road. The work can be tough and the hours are sometimes long. We don't mind it though. It’s what we do. We don't have a PR team or a big office manager. We handle the calls, the packing, and the shipping ourselves. It’s a hands-on kind of business. Sometimes the Sua Road gets very congested, and we have to plan our pickups carefully. We just keep things moving as best as we can. It’s an honest living and we take it one day at a time. The office is usually filled with the sound of fans and the hum of the city. We don't try to be anything we're not. We just do the export work and go home. It’s a bit rough around the edges, but we like it that way because it feels real.
