Out here at Focal Point in Phase-Vi, the roads aren't always the best, but that’s where the industry happens. Indo Tech Industries is located at D-190-D, and it’s a typical setup for this part of the city. We have our workshop where the main stuff happens and a small corner for the paperwork. It’s not a quiet place. There is always something humming or a truck reversing somewhere nearby. We started out small and stayed that way because it’s easier to manage things when you know every bolt and every person on the floor. Most of our workers live nearby, and we’ve been through all the ups and downs of the local economy together. We don’t go in for big speeches or fancy logos. Our signs are a bit faded from the sun, and the gate squeaks a little, but the machines inside are what matter. We spend our mornings checking the schedule and making sure we have enough material for the week. If a machine breaks, we fix it ourselves. That’s just the way it works in Focal Point. You don’t wait for someone else to come help; you just figure it out. It’s a practical life, and we are fine with that. We just show up, do the production, and head home when the sun goes down. No fuss, just everyday work for the local area.
