Indian Hair Cutting Salon

This shop is located in Haibowal Kalan, right across from the Thana here in Ludhiana. It has been a part of this street for a while now. We are just a standard hair cutting salon, mostly dealing with men and kids from the area. The address is 141001 if you are looking it up on a map. Inside, we have the usual barber chairs and big mirrors. There is nothing too complicated about what we do. We wake up, open the shutters, and wait for the first customer to arrive. Most of the people who come here are neighbors or people who work nearby and need a quick trim before going home. You can hear the sounds of the traffic outside and the occasional siren from the Thana across the road. We try to keep the place tidy, but with hair everywhere, it’s a constant job of sweeping the floor. We use basic tools that have worked for years. Sometimes old friends stop by just to chat for a bit even if they don't need a haircut today. That is the kind of place this is. It’s small and practical. We don't use any fancy language to describe ourselves. We just cut hair and trim beards. The benches are a bit worn out but they are comfortable enough for a short wait. We’ve seen the neighborhood change over the years, but our shop stays pretty much the same. It’s just a local spot for a local crowd and we like it.
