H.V. Industrial Corp.

H.V. Industrial Corp. is situated at C-41 in Phase-II of the Focal Point area. This part of town is strictly industrial, so you’re always going to hear the sound of trucks and machinery in the background. We have been operating out of this unit for several years. It’s a functional space designed for production rather than looking pretty. The shop floor is where all the action happens, and it’s usually covered in the tools and materials we need for the day's tasks. We don’t have a big marketing department or any of that stuff. It’s just a small group of us making sure everything gets produced and sent out on time. The weather can make things interesting around here, especially when it gets really hot in the summer and the metal roof heats up. We just drink a lot of tea and keep going. We’ve gotten to know the other business owners in Phase-II pretty well over the years. We often trade tools or help each other out with advice when a machine breaks down. It’s a practical environment. We don’t go in for big meetings or long-term strategy sessions; we just look at what needs to be done today and we do it. If you come by C-41, you’ll likely find us right in the middle of a job. It’s a simple way to run things, but it works for us and our customers.
