Hotel Pukhraj

Hotel Pukhraj is located on Brown Road, specifically at B-12-28. We are really close to the railway station, which is handy for people getting off the train late at night or early in the morning. Being near the station means there is always movement nearby. The hotel has been here for years, and we’ve seen all sorts of travelers pass through our doors. It’s a practical building designed for convenience. We keep things pretty simple here. There’s a front desk where we handle the check-ins and a few of us who keep the place running. The rooms are basic, but they provide a place to rest after a long journey. Because of the location, it can get a little busy on Brown Road, but that’s the trade-off for being so near to the trains. We don't spend much on decorations or anything like that; we just focus on keeping the rooms clean and making sure the water is running. It's a family-run kind of feel, even if we are just staff working shifts. We know the local shops and where to get a decent meal nearby if someone asks. Mostly, we just want people to have a place to put their bags down and sleep. It’s a straightforward spot for anyone who just needs to be near the station for a night or two.
