Hotel Parkash

You will find Hotel Parkash in the B Wing of the Jaltarang Co Operative Housing Society. We are located in Chaura Bazar, which is one of the busiest market areas in Ludhiana. Being near the Clock Tower means it is always loud and crowded outside our doors. The 141008 area is famous for all the shops and the chaotic streets full of carts and people. We have been part of this neighborhood for a long time. The building is part of a housing society, so it has a bit of a different feel than a stand-alone hotel. We don't have a big fancy entrance, just a doorway that leads to our section. Our daily life involves a lot of noise from the market and trying to keep the dust out of the rooms. The staff is just a couple of local guys who know the area well. We don't do things the corporate way with big computers and fancy slogans. We just write down the names in a book and show people to their rooms. Sometimes the water pressure is a bit low, but we try to fix it when it happens. It is a very basic place for people who are here for the wholesale markets or to see the historic clock tower. We just focus on the simple things like clean floors and working fans. It is a busy life here in the bazar.
