He & She Stylish Hair Beauty Care

We are located at 99-R in Model Town, right near the Purana Krishna Mandir. If you're looking for us, we're directly opposite V. K. Sharma Nursing Home. Model Town is a pretty active part of Ludhiana, so there’s always something going on outside our windows. The salon is a place for both men and women, which is why we called it He & She. It’s not a huge space, but we have different sections for different things. The chairs are lined up against the wall and we have those big hair dryers that look like space helmets. It’s a bit of an older setup, honestly. The tiles on the floor have some cracks here and there, and the sink sometimes takes a minute to get the water temperature right. I spend a lot of time organizing the bottles of shampoo and cream on the shelves. It’s mostly regular customers who have been coming to us for years. They know exactly which chair they like and which stylist they want to talk to. We don't do anything too crazy or modern, just standard hair and beauty stuff that people need. Sometimes when the temple has a festival, the whole street gets blocked and it’s very loud, but we just keep working through it. It’s a busy life here in Ludhiana. We just try to keep things moving and make sure everyone leaves looking a bit neater than when they walked in. That is really all there is to it.
