Harbans Turning Works

We are located at unit number 3 in the Hara Industrial Estate, which is part of Industrial Area C on Sun Road. Harbans Turning Works is a traditional machine shop. We mostly focus on turning work, which means we spend a lot of time at the lathes. The shop floor is covered in those curly metal shavings that come off the machines, and everything has a thin layer of oil on it to keep the rust away. It’s the kind of environment we’ve worked in for decades. We don't have an HR department or a social media manager. If you want to know something, you just come to the estate and ask for us. The Sun Road area is always busy with transport trucks, so there’s a lot of dust and noise outside, but inside we just focus on the precision of the turning. Some of our machines are quite old, but they still work better than the new ones for certain jobs. We take pride in just being able to do the work without making a big deal out of it. We don't promise anything we can't do. If a job is too big or not right for our lathes, we just say so. It’s just simple, honest metalwork. We start early in the morning before the heat gets too bad and stay until the day's batches are finished, then we clean up and head home.
