If you head down to Miller Ganj and look for Street Number 1 in Muradpura you will find us at number 759. Handa Sales Corpn. has been operating out of this building for quite a long time now. It’s an old neighborhood and the streets can get pretty tight when the delivery trucks try to squeeze through. Most mornings start with a lot of noise from the nearby shops opening their shutters. We usually have tea together before the real work begins. It’s a small team here and everyone knows what they need to do without being told too much. We handle a lot of sales paperwork and inventory checks every single day. Sometimes the power goes out for an hour or two so we just sit outside or use flashlights to find what we need. It gets dusty because of all the traffic outside but we try to keep the desk areas clean enough to write on. My dad used to say that a busy shop is a good sign so we don't complain about the chaos much. We just keep track of the orders and make sure the customers get what they asked for. It isn't a glamorous life but it’s honest work and it keeps us fed. The building is a bit old now and the stairs creak but it has been home to us during the work week for many years.
