We’re located at 445 Sant Nagar in the Civil Lines area of Ludhiana. If you know the neighborhood, you know it’s a mix of homes and little businesses. Gttl Health Foods started because we wanted to do something here in Punjab. We didn't want to move to a big city like Delhi. The office is nothing special. Just a desk, some chairs, and plenty of space for the stock. Ludhiana is a busy place, and Sant Nagar can be noisy with the traffic. We’ve been here at 141001 for a while. It’s mostly family and a few neighbors working together. We don't spend much time on the computer. Most of our day is spent checking the food items and making sure everything is in order. It’s practical work. Sometimes the rain makes the road outside a bit of a mess, but we manage. We aren't experts at marketing or anything like that. We just know how to handle the supplies. People in the area know us by name, which is nice. We aren't a huge corporation with thousands of employees. It's just us at 445, doing what we do every day. We hope to stay here for a long time. It feels right being in Ludhiana. There’s always something to do, so we stay pretty active. We just try to keep the shelves full and the floor swept. It is what it is.
