Gobind Mill Store

Gobind Mill Store is found at 5 Gill Sawant Corner in the Katraj area. We are directly opposite Manju Cinema, which makes us easy to spot. We’ve been at this corner for a long time. As a mill store, we carry all sorts of belts, bearings, and bits for industrial mills. The shop is filled with the smell of rubber and metal. It’s a bit of a tight squeeze inside because we have so much stock piled up. We don't have a fancy display window; the items are just on the shelves where we can reach them. People from the local mills come in all the time looking for replacements. We aren't a corporate chain; it's just a local operation. We talk to the customers, find out what’s broken at their site, and see if we have the right size in the back. The noise from the street and the cinema crowd can be a lot sometimes, but we are used to it by now. We don't have a website or any big marketing. We just stay open and help whoever comes through the door. The floor is worn down from years of feet walking in and out. It’s a basic shop for people who need parts. We don't try to be anything else. We just do our work and go home at the end of the day. Sometimes we stay late to finish up the inventory counts, but we always open back up on time.
