Gms Event Planners & Outdoor Caterers is based at number 8 in Jagjit Nagar. We are right near Aman Chicken, which is how most people find us since everyone knows that spot in Ludhiana. Being in Ludhiana H O, we are pretty central to a lot of things. Our days are usually spent coordinating stuff for various events. It can get pretty chaotic when we have a big catering job coming up. We have a lot of equipment and supplies moving in and out all the time. Our office isn't fancy; it’s mostly for taking calls and writing down lists. We’ve been doing this for years, so we know the local markets and where to get the best produce. Jagjit Nagar is a lively area. There is always some noise or someone stopping by to chat. We don't have a polished front desk or anything. It’s more of a working space where things actually happen. The staff is mostly local guys who know the streets well. When the wedding season hits, we barely have time to sit down. It’s a lot of physical work and early mornings. We just try to keep the food good and the timing right. It’s a tough business but we are used to it by now. No big speeches, just lots of hard work. Ludhiana is a city that loves to celebrate, so there is never a dull moment for us. We just keep our vans ready and our lists updated. It’s a tiring job but it keeps us on our toes every day.
