To find us, you have to go to the backside of the Keys Hotel, and we are right opposite Punni Estates. It is a bit of a specific location, so once you find the hotel, you are almost there. The salon is a small, local place where we do hair and skin stuff for the people living in Basant City. It’s a quiet area compared to the main road, which is nice. We have a few stations set up for hair and a small room in the back for other things. The lighting inside is a little dim, but it works for what we do. We are just a small team here, and we don't really use any big corporate talk. We just tell people what we can do and then we do it. Sometimes we run out of a specific product and have to wait for the delivery guy, but that’s just how it is. We have a lot of regulars from Punni Estates who just walk across the road to see us. It’s a relaxed environment, not like those high-pressure places. We just open up, sweep the front, and wait for our neighbors to stop by. It’s just a regular salon in a regular part of Ludhiana.
