We’ve been providing info services from this spot for a while. It’s a basic office setup, nothing too flashy. We have a few computers and some phones that ring more often than they should. The neighborhood is quite lively, which is nice when you need to step out for a quick snack or some tea. We’re just a small team trying to keep up with all the data and requests we get. Some days are smoother than others. We don't have a fancy lobby or a lot of decorations on the walls. It’s mostly just shelves and files. Being in Punjab, we take our breaks seriously. We’ve grown a bit over the years but the core of what we do stays the same. We just help people find what they need. It’s practical work.
