Gavy Hair Saloon is right on the road that leads to Kochar Market in the Model Gram area of Ludhiana. A lot of people know us because we are very close to Gujral Dhaba. You can usually smell the food from there when the wind blows the right way. Our shop has been around for a bit. It’s a small room with blue walls and a few big mirrors. We don't have a receptionist or a fancy waiting area. People just pull up a plastic chair and wait. I handle most of the cutting myself. It’s a busy road, so there is always noise from the traffic outside. We get all kinds of people, from young kids to the older uncles who live around Model Gram. We just do standard haircuts and shaves. No fancy styling or expensive treatments. I think people like that we are straightforward. You come in, you sit down, you get your hair cut, and you leave. We try to keep the place tidy, but with hair everywhere, it’s a constant battle with the broom. The location is good because people can grab a bite at the dhaba and then come over here. It’s a local routine for many. We don't have a website or anything like that. Just the shop and the sign out front. It's simple and it works for us. We just keep our doors open and wait for the regulars to arrive every morning.
