G S Electric Works

We operate out of Miller Ganj, specifically over at Rajput Bhawan on 7th Main. G S Electric Works is just a small setup we’ve kept going for a while now. If you look for us near Dukh Niwaran, you’ll find the shop tucked into the 4th stage area. It’s a busy part of town, always a lot of noise and people moving about the streets. Inside the shop, there’s usually wires and various parts scattered on the benches because there is always something halfway done. We aren't big on organization in a way that looks pretty to outsiders, but we know exactly where the tools are when we need them. It gets quite hot in the summer months, so we keep the fans going and just get on with the work. Most of the people who come in are locals who have been coming here for years. They know we don’t do much for show. It’s just about fixing what needs fixing and getting it back to them. Sometimes the power goes out or the street gets blocked by a delivery, but we just keep the doors open anyway. We don't have a big staff, just a few of us who know the trade well enough. It’s a bit cramped in the back where we keep the older stuff we've collected. We haven't changed much about the place since we started. It works for us and it seems to work for the people around Miller Ganj too.
