G. P. Motors

G. P. Motors is situated on Dugri Road, which is pretty close to Atam Park. Most people in the area use the park as a landmark to find us. We deal with motors and mechanical things all day long. The shop floor is usually covered in some kind of oil or lubricant. We have a few racks for parts and a couple of benches where the real work happens. It is not a quiet place. There is always the sound of a wrench hitting the floor or a motor being tested. We started out small and we are still basically just a local garage style setup. We do not have a fancy waiting room with magazines. Most people just stand around and chat while we take a look at their gear. Dugri Road is busy, so there is always a lot of dust coming in from the street. We just wipe down the counters and keep going. Sometimes the work is easy and sometimes it takes all day to figure out a small problem. We don't mind either way. It is just what we do here near Atam Park. It is a decent living and we like being part of the local community. No big corporate rules, just common sense and hard work. We keep the doors open through the week and handle whatever comes through on the trailers or the back of a truck.
