Expert Hands An Exclusive Outdoor Catering Unit

Expert Hands is a catering unit based in Ludhiana. We don't have a big storefront because most of our work happens outside at different venues. We focus on outdoor catering, so we are usually where the party is. Ludhiana is a city that loves its food, so we stay pretty busy. We have a kitchen where we do all the prep work. It is a lot of chopping and cooking and packing things into trucks. We've been doing this for several years now. We call it Expert Hands because the people working here have been cooking for a long time. They know how to handle big pots and large crowds. It is hard work, standing on your feet all day near hot stoves. We don't really do the fancy marketing stuff. People usually find out about us because they ate our food at a wedding or a birthday. We just try to make sure the flavors are right and the food is hot when it reaches the plates. It is a local Ludhiana business through and through. We know what people here like to eat. Sometimes we are working in a park, sometimes in a big backyard. Wherever the event is, we show up with our gear and start cooking. It is a straightforward business. We cook, people eat, and we clean up.
