You can find us at number 8 on the first floor of the Madhok Trade Centre, which is right on Ferozepur Road in Ludhiana. Ludhiana is a city that’s always on the move, and Ferozepur Road is one of the busiest parts of it. There is always a lot of traffic and noise outside, but once you come up to the first floor, it’s a bit more manageable. Events Care is based here, and our office is usually a mess of schedules, phone numbers, and design sketches. It’s the kind of job that keeps you on your toes. We don’t have a fancy reception desk or people in suits waiting to greet you. Usually, we are just sitting around a big table trying to figure out the logistics for the next week. The Madhok Trade Centre is a well-known spot, so it’s easy for people to find us. We’ve been here for a while and have seen the area change quite a bit. Running an event business in a place like Ludhiana means you have to be ready for anything. We spend a lot of time on the phone with tent decorators, caterers, and lighting people. It’s not always easy, and things don’t always go according to plan, but we just deal with things as they come. The office is our base where we keep all our files and try to stay organized amidst the general craziness of the events world we live in.
