Our office is located at 83/7 in the Setia Traders Complex, which is in the Jawahar Nagar Camp area of Ludhiana. We are quite close to the Kochar Market Chowk, so there is always a lot of activity around us. The complex is full of different traders, and we are just one of the many small businesses here. We don't have a big corporate identity. It is just a few of us working on various projects. We spend a lot of our time dealing with the daily tasks of running a business in a busy market. Ludhiana is a city of workers, and we fit right in. We don't have any fancy mission statements or marketing language. We just take the work as it comes and try to do a decent job. Our office is not much to look at, just a place to sit and use the computer. We have been in Jawahar Nagar for a while and have seen the market change. Sometimes the electricity goes out or the street gets flooded, and we just deal with it. It is not always easy, but it is our work. We don't promise anything we can't do. We just tell people our price and how long it will take. We know the other shopkeepers in the Setia Traders Complex and we all just try to get by. It is a very grounded way of living and working.
