Dhawan Tool Industries is located at Shop No 25 in the Dashmesh Nagar Central Market, right off Gill Road. It’s a practical business. We don’t use any polished sales pitches or anything like that. If someone needs a part, we find it for them. If we don’t have it, we say so. The market environment is quite lively, and you get to know the other shopkeepers well. We share tea sometimes when things are slow. Dealing with tools means our hands are rarely clean, but that’s fine by us. We prefer the busy atmosphere of the Central Market over a quiet office park. It keeps us on our toes. People know they can find us here six days a week. We just keep our heads down and do the work that needs doing, hoping the electricity stays steady and the customers keep coming through the door.
