Decent Rubber Industries

Decent Rubber Industries is tucked away at 2375 Gill Gaushala Lane. If you’ve ever walked down this lane, you know it’s got that specific industrial smell of rubber and machinery. We have been here for a long time, making all kinds of rubber parts like washers and gaskets and things people need for their machines. The shop is pretty small, and it stays warm because of the presses we use to heat the rubber. It’s not the cleanest job in the world. There’s always black soot or little scraps of rubber on the floor, no matter how much we sweep. We don't really have a front desk or a receptionist. Usually, if you walk in, you’ll just see someone working at a machine or packing up a box of parts. We spend most of our time checking the molds and making sure the rubber comes out the right shape. It’s a lot of repetitive work, but you have to pay attention so you don't mess up the batch. The neighbors in the lane are mostly other small workshops, so we all know each other. Sometimes the cows from the gaushala nearby make things interesting when they block the road. We just do our work, pack the orders, and send them out. It’s just a regular local factory doing what we know how to do without any fuss.
