Cyco Exports Llp is based in Focal Point, which is the heart of the manufacturing scene in Ludhiana. Our specific spot is E-153 in Phase-IV. If you have ever been to Focal Point, you know it can be a bit confusing with all the different phases and numbered plots. We have been in this location for quite some time now. The building is just like the others on the street—sturdy and functional. Inside, we have a basic setup for our export business. It is mostly just us working on the phones and managing the logistics of moving goods. There is no air conditioning in the main work area, just big ceiling fans that hum all day long. The noise from the neighboring units is constant, but you stop noticing it after a week or two. We don't have any polished marketing materials or a big team of sales people. It is just a small crew of us who know the business inside and out. We take our lunch breaks together and talk about the local news or the cricket scores. It is a very down-to-earth atmosphere. We chose to be in the 141010 area because it is where the action is for exports. We don't need anything fancy to do our jobs; we just need a desk and a working phone line. We just focus on the task in front of us and keep going.
