Bsn Marriage Bureau

We have been here at Fountain Chowk Road No 5 for a while now. Bsn Marriage Bureau isn’t a fancy place with glass walls or anything like that. It is just a small office where we keep a lot of files and registers on the desks. Sometimes the traffic outside near the chowk gets really loud, especially in the evenings when everyone is heading home. People come in and sit on the plastic chairs we have near the entrance. They talk about their kids or their siblings. We listen and write things down in our notebooks. It’s pretty straightforward work. Most days it’s just us answering the phone and checking through the lists we have. There is a tea stall just a few steps away, so there is usually a smell of ginger tea in the air here. We don't have a big marketing team or a website that looks like it cost a fortune. It’s just a place where families meet. The floor is a bit old, and the light flickers sometimes if the weather is bad. We try to keep everything organized, but with so many papers, it can get a bit messy. It’s a local spot, and people know us by the name on the board outside. We don’t make big promises, we just do what we can with the information people give us. It's honest work and we stay busy most of the week. People seem to appreciate that we are just regular folks.
