Bridal Parlour

We are situated on Link Road in Dashmesh Nagar, Ludhiana. If you look for Shree Alamgeer Arts, we are right there in that same area. Despite the name, we do more than just bridal stuff, but that was what we started with. The shop is on a very busy road, so there is a constant hum of engines and horns. Inside, we try to keep things a bit more peaceful. We have some mirrors lined up and some chairs that have seen better days but are still sturdy. I’ve been working here for quite some time now. Every morning, I start by tidying up the various pins and clips that always seem to get scattered. We do hair and makeup for various occasions. It gets especially hectic during the wedding season, and sometimes we stay open much later than usual. The floor is usually covered in bits of thread or hair, so the broom is always leaning against the wall ready to go. We don't have a big fancy reception desk, just a small table where we keep the diary. Dashmesh Nagar is a good place to be, even with all the traffic on Link Road. We have some loyal customers who come from across the city. We just take things one day at a time and try to keep the customers happy without making a big fuss or using fancy words.
