If you head down Gill Road and turn into Janta Nagar, you'll find us at Street Number 35. Our place is at 2019. It’s a typical machine tool shop. There is always the sound of metal on metal and the smell of oil. Bhambar Machine Tools India (Regd.) has been a fixture here for a good bit. We aren't a massive factory, just a solid local shop. The floors are concrete and usually have some metal shavings on them. We work with our hands mostly. The machines are old but they work fine. We take care of them because they are what keep us going. Our neighbors are mostly other shops doing similar things. It’s a loud street. We don't have a fancy website or a marketing department. If people need tools or work done, they just drop by. Word of mouth usually gets folks to our door. We've got a couple of guys who have been here since they were young. They know every machine in the shop by its sound. It’s not glamorous, but it’s what we know. We stay busy with the local demand. Sometimes we stay late to finish a job. That is just how it is in Janta Nagar. We are just a bunch of people working with machines, trying to do a fair job for the folks who come in. There is always something that needs fixing or sharpening. We just take it as it comes and do our best with it.
