The shop isn't anything special to look at, just a sturdy building with a lot of heavy stuff inside. We’ve been here for years. Most of our days are spent checking inventory or talking to regulars who need something for their workshop. It gets hot in the summer, so we keep the big doors open for a breeze. We try to keep things organized, but when it gets busy, tools end up all over the counters. It’s a real working environment. We don't spend money on fancy displays. The tools are what matters, not how they look on a shelf. People know us in the neighborhood as the place to go when you need something reliable. Sometimes we stay open a bit later if a customer is stuck on a job. It’s just part of being a local business. We’ve got a small desk in the back where we handle the paperwork, though it’s usually buried under catalogs. We just like doing our work and helping out the folks who come in. R V Desai Road is a good spot for us. It’s noisy, it’s dusty, but it is our home. We wouldn't want to be anywhere else.
