Balak Ji Hair Saloon

Our shop, Balak Ji Hair Saloon, is sitting at Shop No.117 on Street No.7 in New Kundanpuri. If you are in Ludhiana and know where the Baba Balak Nath Mandir is, then we are very easy to find. It is a humble little place that has been part of this street for years. We do not have big signs or flashy lights. It is just a regular shop with the usual barber chairs and a few mirrors. Most of the men and boys from this part of New Kundanpuri come to us for their hair needs. We do shaves and standard cuts. There is usually a radio playing some local music or the news in the background. It is a place where neighbors catch up on what is happening in the city. I work here with my cousin, and we try to make sure everyone leaves looking better than when they walked in. The shop is small, so it can feel a bit tight when there are three or four people waiting. We use the same brands of soap and cream that our fathers used. It is a traditional way of doing things. We do not have a fancy mission or anything. We just open up early and stay until the last customer is done. It is a simple life and a simple business. If you need a trim, just come on over to Street 7.
