Baba Pawra Hair Saloon

Our saloon is located in Fareed Nagar, which is part of the busy Chaura Bazar area in Ludhiana. It is an old part of the city with narrow streets and lots of shops packed together. We have been at this address in Farid Nagar for a while now. The building is not brand new, but it serves our purpose just fine. Most of our customers are workers from the market or people who live in the narrow lanes nearby. It is a loud place because of all the shouting and rickshaws in the bazar, but we are used to it. Inside the shop, we keep things simple. We have the mirrors, the chairs, and the basic kits for cutting hair. We do not have fancy air conditioning or anything like that; we just use the fans and keep the door open. People stop by to get a shave before work or a haircut on their day off. We know most of the people by name since they have been coming here for years. It is a small space, so you often end up talking to whoever is sitting in the next chair. We do not use any special marketing or anything. People just see the sign and walk in. It is a practical place to get your hair cut without spending too much money. We just do our work and go home at the end of the day. The tea man from across the street comes by twice a day, and that is usually when we take our breaks.
